    Pappardelle are a type of fresh pasta made of durum wheat semolina extruded through bronze and its dought is composed of flour, pasteurized fresh eggs, water and salt. The product is typical of the Tuscan tradition and it is usually associated with various condiments and sauces.

    A long and very wide, rectangular shape, the pasta is packaged in bags of 500g and stored in a refrigerator at a temperature of no more than 4 degrees. They are compact and resistant to cooking which generally does not exceed 3 and a half minutes.
