    "Funghetti" is a delightful main course with a pleasant taste of porcini. The dough is made with durum wheat semolina, pasteurized eggs and water while the ingredients for the filling are various such as: Edam cheese, bread crumbs, porcini mushrooms cream, sunflower oil, onion, parsley, salt, garlic, citric acid and lactose. They are packaged in 500 grams envelope, the cooking time is around 4 minutes and a half.
