    Homemade fettuccine are a form of durum wheat bronze extruded pasta also containing wheat flour type 00, pasteurized fresh eggs (at least 20% of the total), water and salt. The product, packaged in a protective atmosphere in the envelope of 500g, must be stored at a temperature not greater than 4 degrees.

    The taste is delicate and the shape is long and rectangular. Homemade Fettuccine must be cooked for about 6 minutes and are compact and resistant to cooking.
