Overall there are more than sixty recipes using this type of pasta. Some examples are Trofie with curry peas and fried ginger or "alla Siciliana".

Packaged in 500 gram bag, the ingredients of this type of pasta are the classic ones: durum wheat semolina and water. Delicate taste, trofie must be kept at a maximum temperature of 4 degrees and should not be cooked for more than 4 minutes.
