The Artigianpasta

For many years, I distributed products for workshops and one of my customer asked me to set a business together.

Mixing his experience and my organizational skills in 2000 we founded The Artigiapasta. In 2003 the commercial growth has led us to new premises: a 950 square meters warehouse, where we use cutting edge machines which allow us to respect our credo and improve the our core product: LA PASTA.

I consider myself an advanced craftsman, attentive to the quality of the product. Carefully selecting everything from raw materials to the machines, I always drew inspiration from the wisdom of the ancient tradition of Maestri Pastai Romani (Master Roman Pastamakers). These are the foundation constantly driving our business.

From this passion comes the good and genuine pasta for your feast.
