    Ravioli are a traditional food in Italian cuisine and are usually served either in broth or with a pasta sauce also depending on the filling. They are a type of dumpling composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough folded to contain a filling of meat, fish or vegetables, depending also of the recipes and local products.

    Made with durum wheat semolina, pasteurized eggs and water, the spinach and ricotta ravioli are served with other types of ingredients such as fresh pasteurized cow's ricotta cheese, potato flakes (9% of the total paste), salt, milk, spinach, nutmeg and sodium metabisulfite. Packaged in 500 gram bag, the product is delicate with a good flavor of ricotta. Cooking is around two minutes and a half.
